Having acquired several key businesses over the past six years, Solid Solutions now supports a customer community of more than 15,500 UK and Ireland-based companies. These encompass product designers, mechanical engineers, manufacturers, and educational institutions. The Group already provides an extensive range of 3D design (CAD) and manufacturing (CAM) software tools, as well as comprehensive training and support services.

The acquisition adds both scale and capacity and allows customers from both Design Rule and Solid Solutions to benefit from an even wider product and service offering. The team at Design Rule adds a wealth of expertise in delivering leading-edge Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Solutions from Dassault Systèmes into manufacturing companies within the UK and worldwide.
