Our Most Popular CATIA Training Courses
This course is designed to teach you about CATIA V5, you will learn to build simple parts and assemblies. You will also learn how to make simple drawings of those parts and assemblies within CATIA.
This course will teach you how to annotate a 3D part. You will learn how to create annotation planes and how to add and manage 3D annotations on these planes. You will also learn how to create 3D views and use them to create 2D drawing views.
This course will teach you how to use the CATIA Aerospace Sheet metal Design workbench. You will learn how to create and modify the design of a Hydroformed Sheet Metal Part by defining its internal features in this workbench. You will also learn how to create a drawing of a flattened part.
This course will teach you how to start a complex design project from its specifications (top down approach) and complete it by reusing existing data. It will focus on advanced skills and concepts that enable you to create and analyse complex parts and assemblies.
During this course you will learn how to create curves and surfaces using the Generative Shape Design workbench, and then learn to analyse the wireframe and surface quality and how to rectify any defects, as well as how to work in a multi-model environment with published surfaces. You will then move on to advanced surface creation tools, quality checking and correction techniques. Then you will learn surface creation in a multi-model environment. This course covers only those specific to the HD2 (Hybrid Design 2) Licence.
This course will teach you how to embed knowledge within design and leverage it to automate modifications. You will learn how to create and use parametric parts and assemblies.
Throughout this course you will be taught how to create an Electrical Components Catalogue. You will learn how to design harnesses, create bundle segments, and how to connect them to electrical components. You will also learn how to manage the branch points, protections and links as well as how to perform knowledge checks.
During this course you will be taught the basic concepts of Finite Element Analysis and the general analysis process. You will learn how to perform a simple static analysis on a single part using finite elements and how to produce the final report of the analysis results. You will then move on to how to perform Finite Element Analysis on existing assemblies. As well as how to create connections between assembly components and how to assign appropriate connections properties. You will also learn how to create an analysis assembly from existing meshed parts.
This course will teach you how to install CATIA V5 and its service packs. You will learn to use different tools to manage licenses, environments and standards. You will also learn to use tools available in batch mode and how to manage V4 and V5 data.
This course will teach you how to build composite parts in the context of the engineering design process, from Preliminary Design to Engineering Detail Design. You will also be taught how to build composite parts for manufacturing detail design.
This course will teach you how to use various functionalities common across all the machining workbenches in CATIA. It will teach you the fundamentals of creating and simulating a Manufacturing Program, as well as how to define and manage NC Programs to machine parts using Prismatic Machining Techniques (PMG) in the Prismatic Machining workbench.
