V5R17 period of standard support is extended until March 29th 2009 (former EOS date : September 29th , 2008) at no extra charge on top of ALC. The extended support scope is limited to blocking production incidents opened as CRITSIT.

DS could accept, through support extension process, to extend V5R17 support beyond March 29th 2009, on a case by case basis, until September
29th 2009 at the latest, with additional FEE on top of current ALC. The support scope is limited to blocking production incidents opened as CRITSIT.

There is no option to extend V5R17 support for any customer beyond September 29th 2009.
